If you receive a background check and there are inaccuracies in the report, please let us know as soon as you can so we can figure out the issue.
How Do I File A Dispute
Download and fill out the Dispute Request as shown below. You will need to gather and supply any supporting documentation. Submit the completed form and supporting documentation email to the following address:

What To Expect
The reinvestigation period generally takes up to 30 days. We may contact you if additional information is needed to verify certain information.
